Pack Walk Pricing
- $38 Single Dog
- Additional $17 each for 2nd, 3rd & 4th Dog (same household)
- Additional fee applied on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Day, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July. Also, applied to services provided on weekends or outside of the regular M-F Pack Walks. Subject to staff availability.
We offer a morning & afternoon Pack Walk Monday - Friday.
Each Pack Walk is 1 hour plus drive time. Schedule times are approximate & may vary depending on the schedule, client locations, weather conditions, traffic, dog's behavior, etc. Your dog(s) could be with us from 1 hour to 4 hours.
Morning Pack Walk average schedule:
- Pick up 9:45am - 10:45am
- Walk 10:45am - 11:45am
- Drop off 11:45am - 12:30pm
- Pick up 12:30pm - 1pm
- Walk 1pm - 2pm
- Drop off 2pm - 4pm
To lower our carbon footprint, we mainly service the coastal Long Beach area. All dogs must be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on a regular flea regimen and able to complete a 1 hour walk.
A Trots Dog Walking Pack Walk is not your average walk. Our Monday-Friday Pack Walks are ideal for socialization and exercise for your dogs' body and mind. With structured repetition, the dogs in the Pack will learn to trust the leader and follow calmly through our favorite parts of the city. All Pack Walks include potty breaks and water. During our Pack Walks, your dog will practice the following:
- Boundaries - The crate, front door, front gate, car door and keeping appropriate space with other dogs and people.
- Getting in and out of a car calmly and comfortably with other dogs.
- Socialization while on a walk and in close quarters.
- Leash manners - Loose leash heel, passing dogs, skateboards, cats, squirrels or generally exciting things on the street without issue.
- Sit/Stay (Waiting) - This skill can be challenging for a lot of dogs. Sitting calmly with the Pack at picture time (please see the photo examples on this page).

- We will verify that you are in our Pack Walk service area and that your dog meets the requirements stated above.
- The next step is to schedule a no charge assessment to make sure it is safe for your dog, our walkers and other dogs to integrate your dog(s) into the Packs.
- Training sessions may be required before integration. We are a behavior and training centered business. We strive for everyone to be on the same page to accomplish consistency, clear communication and balance for your dog(s).
Free Instructional Weekend Pack Walks for Clients
We offer continued support for our clients by hosting a local FREE Instructional Weekend Pack Walk. Attendees learn proper leash manners and how to walk on a loose leash with their dog following calmly. Our experienced Pack Leaders are there to guide our clients through the process.
